Collection: Alocasia

Alocasia, also known as elephant ears, are tropical plants that are suitable for very bright indoor locations, while avoiding the very hot summer sun.

General care of your alocasia:
- ambient temperature/humidity: 35% and above, 19 degrees and above
- light: a little direct sunlight (morning or evening)
- watering: preferably by drenching
- repotting if too many roots protrude under the pot with suitable potting soil
- fertilizer: in season when it is hot at each watering unless freshly repotted
- winter: maintain good lighting and good temperatures during the winter months
